Susanna Reid cheekily posed with two croissants as she appeared on Wednesday's Good Morning Britain.
The presenter, 52, was poking fun at Miriam Margolyes' decision to pose nude for British Vogue in a racy snap that was released on Tuesday.
In the iconic image the actress, 82, left little to the imagination with just iced buns preserving her modesty for the July issue.
Discussing the shoot on GMB Susanna held the two croissants over her chest and said: 'I've got a new top this morning...'
Her co-host Richard Madeley started laughing as she joked: 'I'm not sure I can strategically place these in the same way [as Miriam]. Miriam has done something similar, hasn't she?'

Their co host Richard Arnold then joked: 'It's very Calendar Girls isn't it!? You can pull it off!'
Susanna then quipped: 'I can pull it off! Who would have thought it!'
Susanna later described the look as her 'croissant bikini' as they continued to talk about Miriam's cover shoot.
Richard and Susanna praised Miriam for always being herself as they gushed over the star.
Miriam stunned as one of British Vogue's most unlikely cover stars, posing for the eye-popping naked shoot for the magazine's annual Pride issue.
The star posed in the jaw-dropping snap, with just a selection of iced buns to preserve her modesty.
And despite the confident images, Miriam admitted in the accompanying interview that she's struggled to accept her shape, saying: 'I like my face. I think my face is kind and warm and open and smiley.
'But I hate my body. I hate big t*ts [and I have] a drooping belly, little twisted legs. I'm not thrilled with that. But you just make the best of it. You have to. You do the best you can.'

She also revealed that in the midst of her other work commitments, she will be undergoing heart surgery to have a stent fitted.
Despite the operation, she insisted she's 'not terrified,' adding: 'When you're young, you never think about death. You just think about your next f**k basically. I think about death a lot.'
'Oh, every day, for sure. Every morning when I get up I think, 'Hmmm, another day,' which maybe I wasn't expecting.'
Miriam also reflected on the moment she came out as gay to her parents, admitting it 'hurt them,' and her mother made her swear on the Torah that she would never have sex with another woman again.

The outspoken actress came out back in 1966, when homosexuality was still illegal, but despite this the star never felt any shame about being attracted to women.
She said: 'I never had any shame about being gay or anything really. I knew it wasn't criminal because it was me. I couldn't be criminal.'
As well as interviewing for the publication, Miriam joined a slew of LGBTQ+ stars including Ncuti Gatwa, Janelle Monae and Bella Ramsey posing for Vogue's July Issue, which focuses on Pride And Joy.
Alongside her fun cake-themed snap, Miriam also donned a striking blue wrap over a black dress, a pearl necklace and a black sheer headpiece for her cover image.
It came after Miriam revealed last month that she was rushed to A&E following a health scare over the weekend.
The comedian, who played Professor Sprout in the fantasy franchise, shared a Facebook photo of herself taken in her hospital bed as she informed fans about her condition.
She wrote: 'Thanks to my precious friends who thought of me on Tavi Day. I did survive and I am still in The Royal Brompton Hospital certainly till Sunday.
'I am growing energy but it's still not quite me. I am putting this so you know how grateful I am for lovely messages.
'Slowly I'll get back to The Chase and then Italy, Oz filming in WA and return for 22 city books tour on Sept 7. Loving hugs. MM'.
Miriam had been hoping to be sent home on Sunday but sadly took to Facebook again with another health update.
